Posts on the discussion boards should contain no advertising, nothing offensive or abusive, nothing illegal and the submitter is wholly responsible for their posts.

Persistent misuse of the site may lead to a members being barred.

Only your e-mail address is required to register on this site. These will not passed on to any third parties other than as required to satisfy the legal demand of a court of law, government body or other competent tribunal, or as required by any applicable law, rule or regulation.

You will be contacted by The Book Review Circle only when it is necessary for you to be informed about changes in the service or when misuse of the service is detected.

There is a newsletter which users can subscribe to. Newsletters will be sent no more than once per month and users will always be free to unsubscribe from it. Newsletters may contain advertising.
